Terms and Conditions for listing or advertising a product or service in the GTA Auto Fix Directory (GTA)

1.            Listing in the GTA Autofix Directory automatically implies that a customer using the web facilities of GTA or its affiliates has read these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them and to such modifications as GTA may add from time to time, including changes in its advertiser’s rate card and schedule of other service charges.

2            GTA may from time to time offer its customers links to other web sites, but GTA is not in any way responsible for the    operation of those sites or their relationship with GTA customers, nor does GTA by implication necessarily endorse such other sites.

3            GTA customers warrant that they will not use their GTA listing to sell, suggest or offer any product or service that is illegal or prohibited by law or common usage. 

4            GTA customers will not interfere with or adversely affect in any way the effectiveness of other customers using the Directory.

5            GTA may use various services in its web site, such as chat rooms and forums, to assist in making its customers’ goods and services known in as large a market  as possible. GTA customers agree that they will not use the interactive features of such services for any purpose other than for selling the specific product or service they have contracted with GTA to list. 

6            It is understood that GTA is not responsible nor can it be held accountable for any regulations, prohibitions or other conditions set by any of the service providers referred to in the immediately preceding clause 5 and furthermore that GTA may from time to time review any material furnished by its customers to said Directory-related service provider to ensure that such posted material will not adversely affect    GTA.

7            GTA may, in its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or restrict  access to its Directory if it determines that a customer has posted unsupported claims of ownership of goods or services being offered through the facilities of GTA or any of its linked service providers.         

8            These Terms and Conditions may from time to time be           modified and although GTA will do its best to inform its customers individually of such modifications, GTA cannot be   held liable if it inadvertently neglects to do so, as long as such modifications are openly displayed on the GTA Autofix Directory web site.

9            In the event of unresolved dispute concerning any aspect of the relationship or performance of GTA and a customer, the appropriate laws of the Province of Ontario in Canada will apply.
